User Accounts

To use our Application, you must:

  • Have a valid Pi Network account.
  • Be at least 13 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when using the Application.
  • Maintain the security of your Pi Network credentials.

User Roles and Permissions

The Application has four primary user roles:

  • Client: Can browse, save, and redeem coupons.
  • Store Admin: Can create and manage coupons for a specific store.
  • Franchise Admin: Can manage multiple stores and their coupons.
  • Super Admin: Has full system control and oversight.

Coupon Creation and Redemption

Store and Franchise Admins may create coupons subject to the following conditions:

  • Coupons must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Coupons must not be misleading or deceptive.
  • Coupons must clearly state all terms, conditions, and limitations.
  • Admins must have sufficient Pi balance to purchase coupon packages.

Clients may redeem coupons subject to the following conditions:

  • Clients must comply with the specific terms of each coupon.
  • Redemptions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain.
  • Clients are responsible for verifying coupon details before redemption.

Payments and Fees

The Application uses Pi cryptocurrency for payments:

  • All payments are processed through the Pi Network blockchain.
  • Coupon packages are priced in Pi as specified in the Application.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • All transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

Blockchain Data

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Coupon data is stored on the Pi Network blockchain.
  • Blockchain data is immutable and cannot be deleted once recorded.
  • Transaction history will remain publicly accessible on the blockchain.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials available in the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of Honeypot Coupons or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Application.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Application or servers.
  • Create fraudulent coupons or engage in deceptive practices.
  • Use automated systems to access or interact with the Application.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honeypot Coupons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Honeypot Coupons operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
